I got to Brandon's place as a plan B when my other reservation was cancelled, but I'm so glad it happened that way! I guess the night before, Brandon's spot wasn't available bc of it's really high demand and I got lucky. I mean, I can see exactly why this place would be booked all. year. long! Terrific spot, super clean, private, design-forward and (most importantly) and amazing amazing host! I'll be honest, when I book Airbnb's I find a spot with a super host bc I don't like sharing my space with someone that lives there and is very attached to their place. However, every single time I contacted Brandon for anything I needed, whether it was to get some mail, get a pan I needed for cooking and every little thing, he was there to help me and the other guests. He even has an Instagram page for this place, which I think is great for everybody to actually see videos of what it's actually like to be and live here. It's truly a second home away from home for me. ...look it up! it's @brandonrooms on Instagram, I think. One last thing, if you are still on the fence of whether to book or not this jewel, I'd go ahead an grab it in a heartbeat. With how amazing and affordable it is, I wouldn't be amazed if I refresh the page and it's no longer available.

Host is committed to the happiness and comfort of his guests! Also, responsiveness was great and he followed up on everything he said he was going to do to make us welcome when I reached out for extra support on a couple of things. The neighborhood is quiet, gas station just down the road (great for snacks/water etc). Also, access to a washer/dryer is a huge plus, especially if you are a person like me who doesn't care for bathing suits and clothes to sit in chlorine water or ocean water/sand from the pool or the beach. I think Brandon has a huge chance of being a superhost in the near future!! Thank you for having us, Brandon!
